Palm Beach Speech Teach provides speech and language therapy to children and adults ages 4 and up. Sessions may be conducted in the comfort of your own home or your child’s daycare or preschool. As every client is different, sessions are tailored to meet the needs of each individual. Play therapy is utilized when appropriate and treatment approaches are evidenced-based. 

 

About Laura LeBlanc MA, CCC/SLP

Laura LeBlanc is originally from Cape Cod, MA and relocated to Florida in 1988 to pursue a degree in speech pathology. She is a FL Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech Hearing Association (ASHA).  Laura received her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) and Master of Art (M.A.) degrees in Communicative Disorders from the University of Central Florida. With over 30 years experience, Laura has worked in a variety of settings-including public schools, acute rehabilitation, out-patient clinics and telehealth.  She has extensive experience in treating a variety of speech and language disorders.

Laura is most passionate about working with children with articulation/phonological processing disorders, receptive-expressive language disorders, and fluency (stuttering) disorders. 

Palm Beach Speech Teach provides evaluation and treatment of:

  • Receptive/expressive language disorders

  • Autism Spectrum disorders (ASD)

  • Pragmatic/social language disorders

  • Articulation/phonological disorders

  • Auditory processing disorders

  • Fluency disorders (stuttering)

  • Deficits related to Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)

Laura worked with my son for a year and a half (from age 4.5 to 6) and we absolutely loved her!
